Marshmallow Buttercream

You read that right.

Try it.  You’ll like it.  The lightest, fluffiest icing you’ll ever make.

Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

2 sticks butter (I use unsalted) (room temperature)
2 cups powder sugar
1 jar marshmallow fluff (7 oz)
2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar together.  Beat on medium until smooth.  Add marshmallow and vanilla. Mix well until nice and fluffy!
